if for any reason you need to return an item please contact us. All Returns & exchanges cost will be at the expense of the customer. Your item must arrive back to us within 21 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Returns are processed in 7-10 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing. all returns must be unworn, unwashed, with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. we will not honor your return without tags attached. Sale items, accessories, swimwear, intimates & bodysuits are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
