orders placed by 3pm est will be processed the same day orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day. Orders are generally shipped out the same day they’re processed. holiday & weekends may cause a 1-2 day delay. once an item has been shipped delivery time will solely depend on the carrier and is completely out of deja vu apparels co & it’s affiliates controls.
we currently do not offer international shipping options. that may change in the future when it does this page will be updated.
shipping cost will vary per order and will be presented upon check out. however Free shipping is offered on all orders totaling more than $100.00
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of Deja Vu apparels co & it’s affiliates control. such as Federal holidays,lost packages, weather, etc. please have patience when such unforeseen circumstances happens.
After an order has been placed customers will be provided a order number immediately. customers shall receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once the order is done processing & ready to be shipped/or has shipped. please refer to that tracking number for updates on carriers delivery times. if at any case in point a package is lost please contact carrier with the tracking number provided in email for further assistance.
